Refund Policy

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 5 days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate and address the issue promptly.

Please get in touch with our team by emailing returns@mellomente.design and provide a clear photo showing the issue.

Please note for DTG (direct-to-garment) products, there is a tolerance of 0.5" for print placement, meaning that minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered as defects.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

All products are unique and made-to-order. Once an order has entered production, we cannot cancel the order. However, if you wish to return your order after receipt, we have a 30-day return policy, starting from the day you receive your item, to request a return.

In case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we can offer a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We reserve the right to decline return requests if patterns of abuse, such as frequent returns or use of items before returning, are detected.

To start a return, you can contact us at returns@mellomente.design. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 279 Troy RD STE 9, PMB 304, Rensselaer NY 12144.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Unauthorized returns, or returns sent without prior approval, will not be processed.

INELIGIBLE ITEMS

We cannot accept returns on partial bundles, final sale items, gift cards, or items that have been altered or damaged by the customer.

Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), cannot be returned.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
