PRODUCT INFORMATION

All items are made-to-order. Please review product details carefully before purchasing.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

All products are unique and made-to-order. Once an order has entered production, we cannot cancel the order. However, if you wish to return your order after receipt, we have a 30-day return policy, starting from the day you receive your item, to request a return.

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us at returns@mellomente.design within 30 days of delivery. We’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund.

FULFILLMENT & SHIPPING POLICY

We currently ship only within the United States.

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days and typically arrive within 3–10 business days after fulfillment. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Production time varies by product:
Apparel: 3-7 business days (high volume spikes such as holidays, sales, etc. may add additional turnaround time).
Artwork Prints: 1-2 business days.
Mugs: 1-2 business days.

All transactions are processed in USD. Taxes may apply at checkout based on your location.
